General Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they will abide by the following terms and conditions:

Payment

a.       Payment is to be made by PayPal or crossed cheque on placing order. Goods will not be despatched until after received payment is cleared. The contract for purchase is with Mordon Limited, trading as SpikeyPete.com for the retail of artistic inline skating products 

Limited Warranty

a.       All products are backed by manufacturer's warranty against all defects in materials or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase by the original owner.

b.       Warranties are from the original invoice date and apply to the original owner, unless specified otherwise. 

c.       Warranties are limited to repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option with reasonable promptness after being returned to Mordon Limited.

d.       This warranty does not cover damage or loss from accidental damage, normal wear, improper assembly or adjustment, unauthorized repair or tampering stunt skating or competition, abuse or neglect.

e.    In no event shall the manufacturers,  DOUBLE L'S INTERNATIONAL CO. LTD. or its distributor, Mordon Limited be liable for any personal loss, injury or direct consequential damage resulting from the use of this product.

f.       Warranties can not be honoured for products in which serial numbers, manufacturing dates or other means of identification have been altered or removed.

Returns Policy

a.       All sales are final.

b.     Within two weeks, consumers may cancel their contract without stating any reason by giving notice in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period commences at the earliest on receipt of the goods and detailed information in writing about the right of cancellation. Consumers are deemed to have complied with the cancellation period, if they have dispatched the notice of cancellation or the goods in good time.

c.       In the event of return of defective items or items with missing parts, we will try our best to repair or replace with same model of the same product.

c.       All returns will be authorised either by e-mail or fax within 10 days upon receiving your return request together with a valid invoice number.  We will issue an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number and return instructions. Returns without a RMA number will be declined.

d.    Returns must be shipped to Mordon Limited and paid for by the customer.

e.     All shipping and applicable restocking charges related to returned shipments are the responsibilities of the party placing the original order.
